Returns Policy (14 Days)
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
If Your Product Is Damaged
Should your product arrive damaged, please email us a photo of the item. We will send a replacement product to you.
Return Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives and reach out to us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
